As part of making our travertine tables, we work with 15 artisans working nobly the stone to achieve exceptional works.
materials
We use only the 100% natural stone in grade for the design of our products.quality
Product quality and finishes are at the heart of the concerns of our team. Choice of finished
blocks until we stand behind every stage of product development.
The blocks are cut, worked, assembled and pre-assembled in our workshop or those
our partners (depending on products). Marking- cutting and fitting is performed taking into
account the particularities of each stone structures. Each piece is
then strictly controlled by our team before the conditioning phase .
shaping
Furniture : the frame is made from slices debited in blocks of travertine,
resealed and softened mat one by one.
*Fillers clean and smooth on the entire surface (excluding natural pinholes)
*Polishing quality marble tables (80 °)
*Quality and precision assembly slices ( elements travertine )
*Quality grade of stone and consistent color tones on the surface
*Calibration slices (minimum 2.3 cm thick ) to ensure maximum strength.
Basins and sinks : our sinks and shower tray are cut into the mass of real fashion stone.
*Respect the scale and stability of rooms
*Homogeneity of the softening (or other finish)
*Systematic treatment of stone before packaging (waterproof)
