In Living'ROC you do not have to worry about the delivery. Given the quality and value of our products, our carriers have been selected with great care to ensure the transportation of objects in the best possible safety conditions.

Delivery rounds are Monday to Friday, no Saturday delivery!
After registration of your payment we prepare your order. Our transport partner then contact you to arrange a delivery time slot (to the day). This delivery will be free if the total amount of your order is equal to or greater than $1700.
The carrier does not deliver on the floor or inside a home or office. Your order will be delivered " at the door", " front " or " in front of the building" for the address, delivered against a signed receipt from you. Remember, when you order, or not to confirm the accessibility of the site by truck. " Pick-up of goods from the warehouse " option
You want to get yourself the goods at our warehouse. It is also possible!
Our warehouse is located in Los Angeles Ca. We will provide you the exact time and name of the person to contact for Pick-up of your order by email, when placing your order address.
For products that is automatic. You just have to enter the code " RETLR1 " at checkout in the box " voucher " . We will deduct the shipping cost. For other products ( furniture, travertine , marble, slate ) please contact us.
When you go to the store, remember to have your email order confirmation and an identity card . These two pieces are required.
Absence during the delivery
All deliveries require a signature. If you are absent when the delivery, the delivery team will leave a card with a phone number to call in your mailbox to arrange for another delivery date. Please note that additional charges may be added in the case of taking a second appointment .
Exchange and Refund
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Otherwise you may ask, exchange or refund your purchase within 15 calendar days of delivery minus any delivery charges and processing fees. This period starts from the date of delivery of the order of the consumer. All returns must be reported prior to our Customer Service and email contact ( at) livingroc.net.
Return costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Living'ROC will refund within 15 days ( the product should be checked beforehand by the Living'ROC ) .
Returns must be made in original packaging.
We recommend that you return the goods against signature and insurance. We will not be liable for any loss or damage during the return or for any damage caused to a third party . Refunds will be made after receiving the items, a confirmation e -mail will be sent indicating the amount of the refund.
